Caprice is a Certified Nurse Midwife and received her Masters Degree at the University of Florida. She has a very diverse background in nursing. Caprice has worked with many private physicians, hospitals, office nursing, home health, private duty nursing, Health Departments, and just about all areas nursing can provide. She has been in this field for 30+ years, a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Certified Nurse Midwifery for 13 years, and has delivered many babies in her years of practice.

She started out in nursing as a LPN and through the years, between caring for her husband and four chidren she was able to achieve her goal as ARNP-CNM. Caprice has done alot of traveling in the US and abroad. She was a support runner to the Olympic torch carrying in Daytona Beach, Fl in 2000. She is the Executive Vice President of the local chapter of midwives here in Orlando, for 3 years. She loves to read, go for long walks, and the beach. Growing up in Florida and living here for most of her life, she says you have to love the beach. Most of all, she loves the interaction with her patients and having the honor to care for them and their babies.

Caprice teaches our Prenatal class for our patients in our Downtown Orlando office on the first Wednesday of the month and in our Lake Mary office the third Wednesday of the month at 6pm. We recommend scheduling our ob patients when they are 28 weeks or more along for this class. In our prenatal class, Caprice talks about what to expect in the last trimester of pregnancy, what to expect in the hospital, and going home with your bundle of joy. Caprice feels she has the greatest job and loves every minute of providing care to women, their partners, and birthing beautiful babies.
